Shipping Timing

Orders will be shipped within 5–14 business days after confirmation.

※Please note in advance that delays may occur due to courier circumstances.
※As this is an international shipment, delivery dates may be delayed if customs clearance is delayed.
※Deliveries may be delayed during major holidays such as Golden Week or the New Year season.

Pre-order Items

Depending on the release date, we may not be able to deliver on your requested delivery date.
Additionally, some items may take longer to ship than regular items depending on the release date.
Pre-order items cannot be shipped together with regular items.

 

Shipping Services

Items will be shipped via YunExpress or Sagawa Express.

※Convenience store pickup and office pickup are not supported. If you wish to use these services, please contact the courier directly using the tracking number provided in the shipment notification email.

Shipping Fees

Flat rate of 1,000 JPY nationwide.
※Shipping is free for purchases of 16,000 JPY (tax included) or more.
※There are no additional charges for remote islands.

 

Long-term Absence / Incorrect Address

If you are unavailable for delivery, please request a re-delivery yourself using the missed delivery notice.

Items held beyond the storage period will be automatically returned to the international courier and disposed of.

As items held past the storage period are disposed of, we cannot provide re-shipment, refunds, or any other assistance under any circumstances.

If cancellations due to customer circumstances (long-term absence, incorrect address) continue, we will take measures to restrict your payment methods.

Please ensure you receive your ordered items within the specified period.

 

Changing Shipping Address

We do not handle address changes after an order has been completed.

If you wish to change your address after ordering, you must contact the courier directly to process the change yourself.

■ Address Change Process

1. After the item is shipped, we will notify you of the tracking number via a shipping completion email.
2. The package will arrive in Japan approximately 3–5 days after shipment.
3. Once the package has been handed over to Sagawa Express, you can request an address change.
4. Please contact Sagawa Express directly to process the address change.

※We cannot accept any responsibility for address changes, re-deliveries, or forwarding requests after the item has been shipped.

• If delivery fails due to incomplete or incorrect registration information, re-delivery fees or return shipping fees may be incurred.
• We are not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect address information.
