Our rules regarding cancellations, refunds, and exchanges are as follows.

 

Regarding Size Exchanges

We do not accept size exchanges after an order has been confirmed.
※Cancellations due to shipping delays are only accepted if the time from order to delivery exceeds 2 months. (Excluding items noted as requiring more than 1 month for delivery, and pre-order items.)

We do not accept cancellations due to customer convenience.

Exchanges/Refunds Due to Product Defects

If the following conditions are met, we will provide an exchange.

Conditions for Eligibility
If a product is defective or if you receive an incorrect item, we will exchange the product. However, please note that exchanges may be refused in the following cases. We will cover the shipping costs for exchanges.

Conditions for Non-Exchangeable Items

• If the exchange request is not made within 3 days of product arrival.
• If the product shows signs of use, damage, or staining.
• If the product tags or accessories are missing.
• If the product is returned via a method other than the one specified by us.
• If the item is judged to be within the range of individual product variation.
• Minor manufacturing marks (removable by washing).
• Regarding loose threads:
  Loose threads on products do not indicate a defect unless pulling them causes a hole. We ask that you trim the threads with scissors. If you believe the item is defective, such as having a hole, please contact us with an attached image.

Notes
In some cases, we may be unable to provide an exchange, such as when the same item is no longer available. In such cases, we will provide a refund. Thank you for your understanding.

 

Other Important Information

Regarding Products
As products are provided based on manufacturer standards, we cannot accept returns for the following reasons. Please understand and acknowledge this before purchasing.

• Our products are manufactured overseas, so sewing techniques differ from those in Japan.
• Due to the cutting process, there may be individual differences in texture.
• Loose threads, finishing issues, odors from the manufacturing process, tailor's chalk marks, or wrinkles may be present.
• Wrinkles may occur during the shipping process.
• Specifications may change slightly without notice due to product improvements.
• While product photos are processed to be as accurate as possible, the color and texture may appear different depending on your monitor settings, room lighting, and the lighting during photography.
